I have always looked at art to inspire my photography both in-camera and for processing images.

To gain a better insight I decided to have a go at drawing and painting using some of my photographs as subjects. I quickly learned that art is one of those activities that everyone can do in some way, like photography. Becoming proficient and deliberate, of course, takes time and patience.

This gallery includes a selection of the work I have completed to date. Publishing them on this website makes no claims about the standard or quality of the art but the process helps me to measure my progress. In fact, it is the same approach I have used to develop my photography over the years.
