Guy’s Head

A few years ago I painted Guy’s Head lighthouse with acrylics, a medium I don’t use often. I’m never quite sure whether to treat them like oils or watercolours and got caught between two stools with this painting. If I painted more in acrylics I think I’d try to embrace their unique qualities rather than seeing them as a substitute for oils or watercolours.
