Hole Head Digital Painting

A digital painting of Hole Head and the Parson and Clerk at Holcombe using the bristle brushes on a canvas surface in Rebelle 8. The methodology simulated a traditional oil painting with an underpainting on one layer followed by a dark to light (wet into wet) finish on another. A low opacity setting was chosen for the brush to build up layers of colour and texture and applied with lots of trial and error!
