Morston Quay

A watercolour from late 2023 and one that went well. The scene is based on elements of Morston Quay in Norfolk and the painting benefits from a limited palette. I can’t remember exactly which colours but given my normal palette, I would guess at ultra blue, raw sienna and burnt sienna for the core of the painting with Prussian blue and crimson for the boat and titanium white for the highlights.
