A new digital painting of a local scene on the Southwell Trail - a nature reserve on the site of a disused railway line.
It was completed using Procreate, one layer, and the quoll brush, and is part of a developing series of digital sketches capturing the summer season around the village. Going forward I might use these sketches for traditional paintings but at the current moment I am enjoying the immediacy of the digital format.
