Sharp Showers

A digital painting from a photo taken today showing sharp showers arriving from the South West. I was interested in whether I could represent the curtain of rain falling in the distance using Procreate on the iPad.
The method used was the quoll brush in painting mode and then the same brush as a blender. This smoothed out the hard edges in the sky, including the falling rain showers. The foreground was done quite briefly, just enough to get the sense of the tractor lines moving into the crops and leading into the scene.
